Our Mission
To inspire community through our commitment to food, coffee, culture, and the environment.
Our cafe is plant-based and all menu offerings are vegan at their core. We offer many gluten-free options as well and like to think that we have something for everyone. Our pastries are made fresh daily with the best ingredients and are always gluten-free and vegan. We are proud that most everything is made from scratch and we source locally when available and organic as much as possible. We choose seasonal, locally grown goods so your meal is as delicious and nutritious as possible. We love what we do and are so grateful to be a part of this community!
Our Coffee Program
We proudly serve coffee from our sister brand, Paco’s Coffee. Paco’s Coffee is sourced from Latin American Coffee hubs that put our environment, traditions, and culture first. We source our beans from small farms all over Central and South America, where it is ethically farmed and carefully dried, leaving us with a wide range of flavors in all of our coffee offerings.
Baked Goods
All our baked goods are baked fresh daily, from scratch by us! Everything in our pastry case is vegan and gluten free. We offer a seasonally inspired selection of donuts, muffins, scones, biscuits, oat bars, and cookies. We also love special orders—from donuts by the dozen, to mini cookies for the office, or birthday cakes! Visit our catering page for more info and to let us know about your special order!
